This is a rare and particular soy sauce containing kneaded ume plum overflowing with the aroma of ume plum.

How to eat and use: It can be used as is to season barbecued meat and stir-fry dishes. When combined with dashi (Japanese soup stock), it can also be used as a soup for noodles, making it ideal for summer menus.
