  • The umami of bonito flakes and kelp is abundantly utilized in this brewed soy sauce.
  • It can be used not only for noodle soup but also for seasoning Japanese dishes.
  • Can be stored for a long period of time (1.5 years from manufacture if unopened)


How to eat and use: When used cold (tsukemen, bukkake, etc.), it can be used without diluting. If you want to use it hot, dilute it in a 1:1 ratio with dashi broth.
