It is carefully brewed using the Yamahai method, in which the mother of sake "Moto" is made by hand, and aged in tanks at 18°C for two years before bottling. It has a gentle aroma, robust flavor, and crispness, making it an easy-to-drink Yamahai sake for beginners. You can enjoy the changes in flavor at room temperature, cold, and warmed sake.
